As we evolve our structure to better serve our clients, we are looking for a Customer Service advisor to join our growing team based in Blackburn, Lancashire.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and Emails
  • Dealing with enquiries, providing information on the service we deliver
  • Support our clients with the onboarding process
  • Technical queries
  • Taking Payments
  • Offboarding clients

You will strive to deliver the highest standard of customer service and promote a positive experience for our clients.
