Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am til 5pm

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients throughout the Oxfordshire area.
  • Provide a professional support service in alignment with TSA and CQC standards, enabling people to maintain independence and live in their own homes.
  • Identify clients' needs in line with the alert service criteria.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and third-party community services such as GPs, Nurses, and Social Workers.

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

  • Experience in a Care or Assessor role would be preferrable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Initiative and energy.
  • Patience and understanding.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Accuracy in processing data.
