Your Impact

As Bid Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in securing new business by managing and supporting the full bid lifecycle, from initial qualification to final submission. You’ll work closely with Bid Writers, SMEs, and internal teams to deliver compelling, compliant, and timely proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid Management: Coordinate PQQs, tenders, and proposals; maintain bid schedules and pipelines
• Content Development: Support writing, editing, and formatting of bid documents and presentations
• Collaboration: Liaise with HR, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to gather supporting materials
• Systems & Reporting: Use CRM and bid tools (e.g. HubSpot, Monday.com) to track progress and outcomes
• Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and contribute to bid process enhancements

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in bid coordination or tender administration
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document formatting
• Ability to work cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Telecare or public sector procurement
• Experience with bid management platforms
• APMP certification or willingness to pursue it
