Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Deliver a private-pay acquisition strategy aligned with business growth targets.
  • Team Management: Coach and inspire a high-performing sales and telesales team.
  • Conversion Optimization: Manage the full acquisition funnel , enquiry, qualification, conversion, onboarding across digital marketing channels, partnerships, and inbound enquiries.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Services, and Field Operations to optimise the customer journey.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Track KPIs, build dashboards, and use analytics to improve performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure processes meet consumer law, GDPR, and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience in sales, tele sales, or customer acquisition within a target-driven environment.
  • Strong closing skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to build trust quickly.
  • Empathy and professionalism when supporting vulnerable or elderly customers.
  • High attention to detail when handling personal and financial data.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

Desirable:

  • Experience in healthcare, care services, or subscription-based business models.
  • Knowledge of Direct Debit processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and contact centre operations.
