Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Deliver a private-pay acquisition strategy aligned with business growth targets.
- Team Management: Coach and inspire a high-performing sales and telesales team.
- Conversion Optimization: Manage the full acquisition funnel , enquiry, qualification, conversion, onboarding across digital marketing channels, partnerships, and inbound enquiries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Services, and Field Operations to optimise the customer journey.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track KPIs, build dashboards, and use analytics to improve performance.
- Compliance: Ensure processes meet consumer law, GDPR, and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in sales, tele sales, or customer acquisition within a target-driven environment.
- Strong closing skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to build trust quickly.
- Empathy and professionalism when supporting vulnerable or elderly customers.
- High attention to detail when handling personal and financial data.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare, care services, or subscription-based business models.
- Knowledge of Direct Debit processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and contact centre operations.
