What You’ll Be Doing

At Careium, every day brings something new. You’ll play a key role in supporting our managers, strengthening our HR processes, and helping build the people culture we want for the future.

Here’s a flavour of what you’ll get involved in:

• Supporting managers with everyday HR/ER queries and guiding them through fair, consistent processes
• Support HR and L&D by uploading and maintaining HR-related content on our learning platform (LXP).
• Taking a proactive approach to employee relations, focusing on early conversations and preventing issues wherever possible
• Contributing to organisational change projects as Careium grows
• Supporting recruitment, from great job adverts to onboarding that makes people feel welcome
• Delivering or helping with manager training and people‑focused initiatives
• Making sure our HR processes remain compliant, future‑proof, and easy for managers to understand

What We’re Looking For

We’re not expecting you to have decades of experience. What matters most is your mindset.

• Have hands‑on experience in HR and employee relations, and you’re ready to keep growing
• Have managed end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns confidently
• You’ve delivered training to line managers on all kinds of HR and recruitment processes
• Are curious, proactive, and genuinely excited to keep learning
• Enjoy building positive relationships and being a friendly, approachable support for managers
• Stay organised and feel comfortable juggling different tasks in a busy environment
• Spot opportunities to make processes smoother and prevent issues before they come up
• Want to play a part in shaping a growing organisation that values fairness, transparency, and doing things the right way
